Is there an option to set Sleep hours on Charge 3?

Is there a way to set criteria for sleep hours where no notifications will come through? I don't want to turn it on at night and off in the morning (I'll forget to do it). I just want to set regular hours for it each night. I keep getting woken up at odd hours throughout the night

Hello @thedragonsmeow. Welcome to the community forums!

Thank you for the information. Regarding your question, I'd like to let you know that if you don't want to receive notifications during your Sleep time, you can set your Charge 3 into Sleep Mode. When the sleep mode setting is on:

- Notifications don't cause the tracker to vibrate or the screen to turn on.
- The screen's brightness is set to dim.
- Turning your wrist won't cause the tracker's screen to turn on.

Take into consideration that Sleep mode doesn't automatically turn off unless you set a sleep mode schedule. To schedule sleep mode to automatically turn on during certain hours:

1. Open the Settings app on your Charge 3 and tap Sleep Mode.
2. Tap Schedule to turn it on.
3. Tap Sleep Interval and set your sleep mode schedule. Sleep mode automatically turns off at the time you schedule, even if you manually
turned it on.

Hope this helps!

I already had a sleep schedule set, but it didn't stop the notifications. I
feel like there might have been an update in the last couple weeks that
changed how this feature worked, because I didn't always have this issue
with notifications during sleep time.

@thedragonsmeow Thank you for your reply!

This is very odd. I'd suggest trying to perform a long restart to your Charge 3 and then please keep an eye on the behavior. For the long restart, please follow the steps below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.

Hope this helps.
