After updating the firmware on my charge 3 device, the screen wake doesn't work despite being switched on, the Heart Rate sensor isn't turning on, and all the statistics (HR, steps, stairs, active minutes) are not working or showing up on the Fitbit screen. Furthermore, there are two black horizontal lines that run across the top of the screen and have not been removed despite multiple hard reset attempts and changing of clock faces.
