Issues with Mobile app no distance and pulse always low

I have a charge 2 which until last Thursday was synching fine with my phone app but now it does not show the distance and regardless of pulse rate shows 100% in low zone. I also can’t edit the exercise to add the distance in as it immediately removes it.

Our team is aware of the situation with distance and is working on a solution to it.

Many users have now confirmed that they were able to fix it by entering the stride length themselves. It's worth a try until our team has worked on the solution.

Regarding your heart rate, try to perform the following steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
