This is the second time that I have had problems with the band connection to the watch face. I had to replace my last watch. My two children have the Versa2 and Fitbit has obviously changed the way the bands are attached to the face. Doubt if there is a warranty for this issue. Anyone else having the same problem?

Yes! In 2.5 years, I've had 4 bands break in the same way. The thin plastic breaks loose that slides into the Charge 2.

One day a couple weeks ago, my bands started falling off the face of the FitBit. I've tried a new band and same issue. It just comes apart randomly. This isn't my first FitBit either ☹️. It's a lot of money to only last a year or two. 😟. Fitbit help!
