I'm reasonably happy with it. As far as I can tell my cycling was measured accurately and it gave me very good analysis.
Couple of questions:
Cross checking version number with firmware number online, I see I should have a firmware update available. But following the instructions on the Fitbit website how to update, this doesn't show in the app. Any help?
Fitbit tracked my sleep only so far as I was awake or restless. It didn't tell me when I had REM sleep, it didn't give a sleep score, measure breathing or heart rate during sleep. What can I do? I know I actually started the sleep phase during the app, should I just have left it automatically? Or does it not make a difference?
Many thanks in advance

Re Sleep. Yes, just wear it when you go to bed and let it do its thing. If you manually start sleep in the app you will, as you found, not get sleep stages.
Re Firmware. The app will spot that you have an update available and start downloading it, bit-by-bit, in the background each time you sync. When it's fully downloaded it will prompt you to install it. The download can take a day or two so just give it some time.
