So I purchased my Charge 2 some time ago - and I’ve recently got on the workout train once again. Anyhow, I finally unboxed my Fitbit charge 2 only to find that it doesn’t have a working screen? Does it normally take some time for the screen to show any life? I’ve tried to google multiple resets.. which didn’t work for me. As stated when attached to the usb it will vibrate when connected - will also try to connect with my phone - but unfortunately I can’t see the code to actually connect with the APP.. I’m frustrated I didn’t open this sooner - because I don’t know what type of warranty these have.. ANY HELP would be appreciated..
Thanks -

If it's been on charge for around 30 minutes or so and you can't get the screen to work then it sounds like it's dead.
In terms of the warranty, it runs for 12 months from purchase (or 24 months if you are in Europe) and you can make a claim via contact.fitbit.com The full terms can be found via the link at the bottom of this page or direct via: https://www.fitbit.com/legal/returns-and-warranty
