wanted to start using the gps and map feature again and can’t seem to find where I can view the map, I took a short walk yesterday to test and it did log the km’s but can’t seem to find how to view a map. Is this feature still on the app?

If you activated and connected to GPS, then it should show up after you sync with the app.
In the app, go to "Track your exercise" and the map of your walk should be there.

I verified the GPS settings before starting the walk and it was on, also it shows the KM so I am assuming this means the GPS was working, still no map showing on the APP or from a computer using the Fitbit site.

I could be wrong but just want to clarify after reading your response below.
You can verify that GPS has been setup properly (using Swipe Left - Settings - GPS Settings) BUT you still need to connect to GPS just before starting the exercise (using Swipe Left - Exercise - Run/Walk/Hike - Press Start - Wait for Connected to appear).

Yes I can confirm that on the Fitbit charge 4, both in settings and before I start the exercise the GPS function is turned on. I am using my phones GPS.

For connection thru phone GPS:-
To use connected or phone GPS, make sure that Allow Location Access is set to Always or All the time for the Fitbit app on your phone.
Also, on another thread, power saving mode must be disabled.

yes location service is already configured as allow all the time, I am getting the KM which I am sure is already using the GPS service from the phone.

I assume you have reboot the tracker as well as reinstall the app previously. Sometimes these help.
You may want to try the "Built-in GPS" instead of "Phone GPS". I never have any problem with the former for runs and occasionally used the later for walks. I don't use Phone GPS most of the time to avoid having to carry the phone with me during exercise, except for hiking.
On another note, there's some known GPS issues reported with Samsung's (not sure about other Android brands) newer phones past few months.
This is one example:- https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s22-series/s22-ultra-problems-with-gps/td-p/4893797/page/...

Just curious, can you share the screenshot of the KM shown on the app?

Sorry didnt have much time the last couple weeks. Just now I changed the config on the fitbit to use the internal GPS instead and I walked down my laneway and back. It recorded my KM but I cant see the map anywhere.
