Keeps vibrating and going to the notification screen

My Fitbit has started to vibrate randomly and regularly, and going to the notifications and screen wake screen. I have tried to restart it using the long and short method. I have tried to update the clock. Both have failed to make any difference. Has anyone got any advice?
