Kilometers does not show the real walk distance

Walking in the gym on de band, distance 1.5 km, fitbitshow, topic run, 1.27km I walk a distance of 7.5 km outside. Driving with the car it show 9.3 km actually. 

You can not trust the Fitbit charge.  Who can explain what happened

Have you checked that your stride length is set correctly? If you’re not using tracking then I think the calculation is steps X stride length.

Thanks for yr prompt reply, I have to figure out where I can to set the stride length in the Charge 2

Morning I reset my steps  from standard  76  to 97, result 0.00. It does not help
