Km are not accurate when riding a bike with Connected GPS

Hi, I have a charge 2. When I go cycling it does register the route, but at the end the km are way of. For example it shows the right route that I have been riding (37km) on the map, but it says that it was 6.4 km??? It is connected to my phone and registers everything else (i hope right).  Can someone help?

Let me assist you with your distance recording. There is an issue being investigated about the distance recording using the Connected GPS feature. Still you can try these suggestions to improve the GPS accuracy and also try using the run option.
