LED lights on the back of Charge 3 no longer working/ HR not working

This just started happening a couple days ago.  My live heart rate is no longer working on the Charge 3 and my sleep is not being tracked.  After reviewing similar posts, I have restarted the Charge 3 using the steps listed by moderators in other posts.  It still is not working.  Also noticed the green LED light is not flashing on the back of the watch.  Any suggestions?

Update: I just ended a chat session with Fitbit support.  Because I am still under warranty, they are providing a same model replacement tracker.
