So just got the Charge 4 Special Edition and was looking for a clock face like the one that is on the front of the box that the watch came in. It's not availble for this watch,,, for as much as I paid for the watch being some newer technology and can't get this watch face,,, am shocked! Matter of fact, am astonished at how many are not available for this watch, as least the one's that were my taste. Was visiting with tech support last nite late and part of the conversation was the fact of limited options. I was told that that was just how it was! Really?... Am shocked. Are there any options out there? Really just wanted the one that appears on the box for this watch... If not going to be available, then don't use it for the illustration on the packaging that it comes in as it looks great compared to what I had to settle for at this time. Also, as mentioned,,, very hard to find the watch faces that are available for this or any other watch. I would think the the technology would be in placed to just do a 'search' for just your flavor of watch face and what would pop up would be only what would work... Unless I went to the wrong gallery,,,, It was not available for me... Sorry to vent but I had significate hi hopes for this watch and this was only one of other things that are not going so well with this purchase...

@Asdzebra , the faces are changed using the Fitbit app on your smartphone. Suggest the following:
- update Fitbit app & phone firmware to latest version
- wait for about 24-36 hours for notification that upgrade is available
- apply firmware update when notified
- select watch face and enjoy!

Won't let me switch faces, I just got mine today... Watch is synced, app is updated and it still won't let me, 24hours and I will send it back

@Asdzebra and @Jnjranch, thanks for joining this thread and for your efforts while trying to chance the clock face. As mentioned before, when a new tracker is set up in a Fitbit account, it'll take a few days for you to receive the latest update which includes more features and clock faces. Please give a try to @nsx1164's suggestions and make sure the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background. Once you've updated your trackers to the latest 1.96.29 version, try changing the clock face one more time as described here.

Thanks for trying the suggestions posted above. If your Charge 4 has been updated to the 1.96.29 version, please try the following.
If the issue persists, let me know what error message is displayed and the model of your phone so I can investigate on my end.

Same prob with me. I got a charge 4 yesterday, I can not even access the settings on the fitbit itself, weather can not sync in as well. Thought of changing my clock face, was able to changed it but now it doesn't allow me to select Totem back and all other clock faces. So dissapointing.

Hi @Arkiedo. Welcome on board.
I'm sorry for the difficulties experienced and thanks for your efforts. Let me explain that when a Fitbit device is first set up in a Fitbit account it'll take a few days for you to receive the latest update which will allow you to change the clock face and use other features. Because you just got the Charge 4, please make sure the Fitbit app is allowed to run in the background and check the suggestions posted by @nsx1164. Once you're prompted to update your tracker, please download it and try using your Charge 4 features one more time.

I downloaded the user manual from Fitbit Charge 4 User Manual , but it doesn't show me any of the available watch faces. I did find them at the video at https://youtu.be/8kdlk4XNjlQ.

Thanks for joining this thread and letting me know what device you're using. Let me explain the Fitbit App Gallery as well as other features are available only the Fitbit app for mobile devices. This is the reason why you're not able to see those options on your Windows 10 device.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have cause and my best advice is to use a compatible mobile device to change the clock face of your Charge 4. For further instructions, check this help article.
