Hi can anyone help? I am English and live in France. I have setup my Charge 2 to reflect my preference to have dashboard, charge 2 in English but it keeps changing back to French! I have followed all the advice from tech support but the problem persists. I am syncing to my iPad.

Hello @Tony984, welcome to the Community! Let me suggest you something, if your Fitbit account keeps turning to french instead of keeping in English as you set it, try to go to the "Advanced options" on your Fitbit app, and toggle off the option that says "Automatic timezone" and let me know how it goes.
