18 Dec 2000 GMT. UK. Just updated but now my ‘analog stats’ watch face is showing an analog watch face plus a date and heart rate instead of steps and heart rate. How do I restore the original watch face?

We don't wat to cycle through our steps when we are exercising. We want to quickly be able to glance at the watch and get the information we need. The most valuable is time, steps, and heart rate. Please restore the old clock faces.

"Me Too." I was using the Mod Clock design, which had steps, time and heart rate. Upon upgrading the firmware from 20001.44.33 to 20001.49.45, the heart rate was replaced with the date (although in the FitBit app -> clock gallery, it still shows the heart rate in their picture). Similar for the 'Analog Stat' one. The app gallery picture shows steps, analog clock and heart rate. When I update my FitBit with that clock face, I have the date instead of step count.

@Soldierblue, @Perturbance this is great early feedback, thank you! With the new update you should be able to cycle through your stats if you are on Mod Clock, can you try tapping on the clock face?

I love the idea of new “analog stat” where you have analog clock, date & steps! Always wanted this, as I don’t need to always check my heart rate, but need to know my steps & date is awesome “watch” function!!! Unfortunately, when I choose either of the 2 analog faces (anolog stat or analog date) both give me date on top, with heart rate on the bottom. So frustrating. I’m using Fitbit 3. It must be a glitch with new update. ☹️ Can I fix somehow?

I'm wondering the same thing. When will the analog clock get the steps and heart rate back? updates should fix things and add features, not delete things that people are using.
on the firmware update thread, they kept saying that more clocks would be rolled out once the update was available to all users, but none of the new clocks have the features that were available in the one removed.
I would really like to know when to expect this to be fixed.

I emailed support about this and they just kept responding back with the same mumbo-jumbo. They suggested I post here to "...make sure my voice is heard...". I am glad to see another user has experienced this same frustration.
Previous Analog Stat Version:
Current Analog Stat and Analog Date versions (identical):
Fitbit created a new face (Analog Date) and also overwrote the old Analog Stat face.
Please bring back Analog Stat!

Until they bring Analog Stat back, I am using Asymmetrical clock, which displays both steps and heart rate on the same screen.

This IS NOT the solution! Just give us our original analogue stats clock face back! Let’s face it there is a date on your phone, your tablet, and in a dozen other places! Let those who want the date scroll through! Give us the original back, PLEASE

How often do you check the date in a day? Once I’m guessing. I want to know my heart rate constantly and my steps count. I can get the date from my newspaper, phone, tablet, calendar and dozens of other places. I DONT NEED IT ON A FITBIT, EMPHASIS on the word FIT, not date

I agree, you can get the date anywhere these days and you’d want to check your steps and heart rate multiple times................the date, guess what, ONCE every 24 hours. Come on FITBIT see sense! Emphasis on the word FIT not calendar!

Tapping a watch face, several times to scroll, while running is cumbersome to say the least. Who needs to see the date, while on a jog? Heart rate & steps makes more sense.
Please fix it before I throw my Charge 3 in the trash along with my Fitbit stock shares. LG makes a nice fitness tracker, so does Apple...

@KateFitbit Tapping... Scrolling while running/jogging is no bueno. This is horrible implementation; to remove a fitness stat, on an existing face, in favor of a time/date function.

@KateFitbit I see you’ve passed our comments on to the ‘team’ ref clockfaces. How soon before the original ‘analogue stat’ face is re-instated?

Cycling through 5 different settings while I’m in the middle of a run is not ideal. I don’t need the date, and it seems many others don’t either.
why wasn’t the “ModClock Date” face (which already had the date for those who want it!!!) updated to cycle through data instead???

Please bring back analog with steps and heart rate!! I'm seeing many others feel the same way. Was very disappointed in this otherwise amazing device when I updated... and lost this face.

How many times a day would most Fitbit users like to see the MONTH and DAY?
How many times a day would most Fitbit users like to see their STEPS?
It's a fitness tracker! This "update" to the Analog Stat made no logical sense.
