After having my screen cracked and doing some research..I was offered 25 % off a new watch.. why would I do that when it is known charge 2 has this defect? Why not make the screen tempered glass? Instead of cheap plastic.. You should make a repair kit we can at least buy..knowing this is an issue..really disappointed...

@Dlmill Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 screen and thank you for contacting our Support team for assistance. There is no repair kit or service center but you could add your suggestion to the Feature suggestions board. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
Let me know how it goes!

I like others have a cracked screen on charge2 for no reason, mine was ordered feb17 as part of a large corporate deal to encourage fitness and others I Know have the same issues, seems from this forum alone that Fitbit have no real plan to help users. Appears there are grounds for a large product compliant case to consumer affairs.
