it's been one year since the last post for moderator saying that they would add the LG Stylo 4 to the compatible list for my charge 2. Not sure why this phone is not even listed as it's one of the newest phones for LG which is one of the biggest brands. Can someone please do something about this if not I'm scared many of us are just going to have to switch to the Apple watch there's twenty one of us just at my job with fitbit's eleven of us have the Stylo 4

@Acapc05, welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your phone inquiry. I don't when or if the phone will be added to the list. As you mentioned your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device. 
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. 
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
