What is the typical life expectancy of a Charge 3? Mine completely crashed after 16 months. I did not purchase extended warranty. I was offered a 25% discount on items that are already on sale. I was told offer not good on Charge 4. I called again today to speak to a supervisor (Trina) and she was no help at all! Any suggestions or help?

I have had mine since 11/1/18 and its still going strong. A lot depends on care, charging and other factors.

 

Its out of warranty and there is not  a lot that can be done. All tracking devices have the same type warranty. for 1 year

I have recently had the same experience. 15 months was all my Charge 3 lasted. I am rather shocked. The Fitbit employee that I was doing an online chat with for problem resolution was great and only doing his job but I think that there is an issue if your Fitbit doesn't last. My bands literally fell apart  after 9 months of usage which was replaced with no challenge from Fitbit but a fitness watch that I paid $159.95 plus tax for should last more than 15 months. Very disappointed in the QC
