Lights on back of fitbit are extremely bright and won't go back to normal.

All of a sudden, the lights underneath have turned on so bright, that they light up a room. How do I get them to turn off (back to normal)? It's using up the battery very quickly.

Hi @ME007, I don't think that there is a way to adjust the brightness on the lights.  You can try to contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page).  I haven't seen this happen before, so please come back and let us know what happens!

@ME007 may I ask which tracker you have? 

The Flex does not have lights on the back.

It was a Charge model. There are 2 green lights on the underside that lit up the entire room and wouldn’t turn off.

We have 4 different Charge models, however bring that the lights are against the skin, I find it not a problem. 

The lights need to be bright enough to see the blood going through the arm.

It had to be recharged every 3-4 hrs. The lights were abnormally bright. I had it long enough to know something wasn’t right.
