Lights won't turn off

At 5am all of a sudden my charge 2 lights were shining bright. I charged it this morning and when I took it off the charger the lights were shining extra bright. It's been about 10 min and the lights still haven't turned off. Of course that makes it really warm to wear. How do I get them turned off?

I saw someone else had a somewhat similar issue. I attached it to the wall charger and pushed the side button until it restarted. The lights still won't turn off. I actually had to put it back on the charger because the lights constantly bring on drained the battery which had been at 65% 3hrs ago. 😬
