Please help, I have 3 lines appeared in my screen.
No reasoning done all resets on here and no luck.... I have read that people are just being given discounts?? I just need mine to work as purchased.
Any real help is appreciated 🙏

Hi @fluffy_jules, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 is showing 3 lines across. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the lines disappear from the screen.
Regarding your inquiry about the discounts, our Support team reviews the warranty status of each unit and provides a discount based on that.

Same here - I have 4 lines going across the top part of my click face - I owned my watch for only 2 years.

Since you mentioned that the screen of your Charge 3 is showing lines across the top, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have restarted it several times. I have changed the clock face. Still have lines on screen.

I’ve got the same issue. I’ve tried what has been suggested, reboots etc, changing clock face but still have issue
