I was given my Fitbit charge 3 by my partner for Christmas and have noticed over the past couple of weeks that I am getting more and more black lines appearing across the screen. It is now getting so that I am barely able to see one lot of stats. I have tried to restart it but there is no change, if not I would say that it has become worse. Looking forward any advice to try and improve this..... I'm also wondering if it is still in its warranty... Would I be able to send it back?

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.
