Charge 3 is less than a year old (I still have the receipt). Lines have appeared across the display. I've followed the advice on similar posts, tried rebooting, restarting and changing the clock face but it's made no difference. Also, the display now only lights up when you click the side button, not by tapping or movement. Considering the age of the product I'm highly disappointed and hope you can help? Also, as it's less than a year old does anyone know if I could return it under the warranty and if so, would this be to Fitbit or Currys where I bought it from?

I am having exactly the same problem and my display is very dim. Even after I have clicked the side button it can only be seen in dim light

I had that too but realised you can change the brightness if you go to 'Settings'. Have you tried that? At least I've managed to fix one thing, shame about the rest 😞

I've just managed to get the screen responding to movement again too! Still got the lines though 😞
