I'm also having problems with charge 3 ever since I updated it has lines on top half of screen so therefore can't see time or progress also battery needs charging every other day. I have tried syncing but no luck. I have S9, can you fix it as nothing seems to work?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not holding a charge and its screen showing lines. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. After this, restart your device to help with the screen and see how it behaves.
