My Charge 3 has some lines through the screen. I have changed the clock face and done both a hard and soft reset, as per recommendation, but they haven't disappeared. Please advise how these can go away.

Mine is the same!! This is so frustrating as the numbers are slowly starting to disappear! I have done a long restart but this has not worked - any advice would be greatly appreciated!!
