Is it possible I need a new Fitbit lines on face then completely blank all functions working tried everything.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, restart your Charge 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the screen works properly.
