Hi 

at the gym everything is recorded on the “my wellness” app

this used to work as I got a “Fitbit logo “ on the screen saying how many moves I had done which got logged with the gym 

this doesn’t work now.any ideas?

Let me help you with linking your accounts. Revoke the access to this third party app from the app or Fitbit's website then do the same on the other side. After this relink them as you initially did.
