Unfortunately that phone isn't showing on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices so it may not be possible to fix this.
Not being on the list means either that it has been tested and shown not to work, or it could just mean that it's not been tested yet.
I have searched the community posts and can't find another post relating to that phone so it's hard to tell which it is. Have you had any success with it or are you still trying to set it up? If you're still trying the setup is this the process you are using? https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1873/

@Buzzna It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community!
Sorry to hear that your can't link your Charge 2 with your phone. As @SteveH said your phone doesn't show as compatible but that doesn’t mean it won’t work it just means that it hasn’t been tested by our team. You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try pairing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
You could also try setting the device with another phone and just try syncing it with your phone.
Let me know how it goes.

Do you have service center or help desk in South Africa? If so where?
