Linking with Peloton account

When I try to link to the Peloton app, I get a message that my device is not compatible with it. 

What am I doing wrong?

@crh92667, you can't link your Fitbit to the Peloton bike, but you can pair the Peloton bike to the Fitbit app.  Check out this article on Connecting your Fitbit Device from the Peloton Support site.

when I finish the ride and hit share, it takes me to the fitbit option.  when I hit that, and sign in, the screen goes all white and nothing happens.  I have to click off that page to do anything.  I try again and all I get is a white screen.  Does the same thing if I try to sign in through google

Same problem! They say it’s compatible but It won’t send the data.

Good news - there it an integration issue flagged on the Peloton website for new accounts. This happened when I posted but was resolved a few days later.... so hopefully the same will happen for you. Keep an eye on their status page.
