Loose band attachment

I love my charge 3, but I am concerned about how the band attaches to the watch.  I had a charge 2 previously, and the band always attached tightly to the watch, with not movement.  But, with the stock band, I am getting about half a millimeter of slop.  So, it jiggles around.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

@Skoffer Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing with your Charge 3 bands. Thanks for sharing those details about this.

When you are attaching the band; you press it into the en of the tracker and you feel it snap into place?

If you have trouble attaching the band or if it feels loose, gently move the band back and forth to make sure it is attached to the tracker.

Please let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

Got my Charge 3 last night. Switched to the large band (they should include an XL but this one does barely fit without undue pressure), it clicked in place. Even wearing it relaxed around wrist it has popped off three times in the past 18 hours, while I have been sitting around doing things. No exercise, no swinging arms, just sitting down and moving hands. If I lose my Charge 3 because of this poorly-designed clasp, that’s a lot of money down the drain.

Welcome on board @dportela! Sorry to hear about the inconveniences you've been having with your Charge 3. While reading your post I was wondering, how tight are you wearing your Charge 3? If it's a little loose, maybe try tightening it slightly to see if that helps. I say this as sometimes if it's loose and breaks contact with your wrist, it thinks it's been taken off and asks for the pin again. Also, check what @SantiR mentioned here.

On the other hand, thanks for taking the time to post your inquiry about Charge 3 XL bands and for providing those details about this.

Currently, there are no XL bands for Charge 3 available. However, there is a Feature Suggestion asking for this to be done:

Please feel free to vote for this idea and comment as well to show your support. The more votes, the better.

Hope this helps, I'll be around if you need further assistance!

I am experiencing the same issue I hear the click, but the band still feels loose. I frequently swim so I have to dry off the bands. I don't know what to do.

This is happening with my charge4. It’s definitely on there. Bands fit snug at first but come loose after a week or so, i tried with the other band that came with too. It pulls my hair and drives me crazy!
