Lately my Charge 2 will not hold a charge. What does the bright green light mean that keep staying on? I didn’t have an issue with the charge until the green light issue started.

Hey @Melo14, let me give you a warm welcome to the Community! Remember that the heart rate monitor can be set to ON, OFF or AUTO. We normally suggest to keep it on AUTO so you can make the battery lasts longer, 'cause if you leave it ON it will drain the battery in a few days. So please check that on the settings of your Fitbit account. You can also review the tips in this post to keep the battery of your Charge 2 and make it last longer.

I just recently started having this issue. My battery has also been dying twice a day for the past several days. I've seen others reporting similar issues. I tried restarting my Fitbit but no change.
