Losing steps on my Charge 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just completed my daily walk & when I stopped it was at 5012 steps, a minute later it was down to 4900 now it's at 4612. I've got a Samsung phone that it syncs with & not had this problem until today.

@Kaz1014 It's good that the community is growing! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 losing steps. Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions. Also make sure you sync periodically to see how it behaves in the following days.

Let me know how it goes.

I followed the steps to restart and thought my problem was solved and then this morning, literally in front of my eyes, I lost steps again. Hundreds of steps!! I am committed to getting my steps in every day but if I can't count on my Fitbit to track correctly I can't trust my numbers. Any other suggestion? Restart every week? I also have a Fitbit One that is very, very old and never has any issues but I got my Charge 2 for additional features. Ugh. Thanks in advance for any help.
