Loss of data

In the last week my fitbit has not been recording any of my steps for example not recording on a Thursday Friday then it records Saturday but not Sunday. My fitbit is fully charged and I'm not doing anything different to what I usually do

Let me help you with your missing data. Is your tracker syncing everyday? Could it be that you aren't seeing your data because your tracker isn't syncing periodically. What happens once you see your data on your account? Have you tried checking the previous days to see if the data shows there after you synced your tracker? Could you share a screenshot of what you see on your account and of the previous days after you have synced your tracker? The more information I have the better I will be able to assist you. Still you can try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.

Hi,

No it seems to be sporadically recording data for me. My friends have
invited me to challenges and they say my profile says ive not been active
and i have. I have worn my fitbit everyday for the last probably 5 years!!
and this has never happened before can you please assist, is it time for a
new one. Also this is not the same tracker i have moved between models in
this time
