How does my Charge2 go from 9 hours of 250 or more steps per hour to show only 2 hours with 250 steps?  At the same time, it reset from Workout to a normal status screen.

Are you looking at the Charge 2 or does your charge 2 show 9 and your Fitbit app on your unknown phone show 2? We know that some find that the Fitbit app does not show the correct hour count while the tracker does.
