my FitBit Charger 2 automatically switched to a previous version of FlexFitbit after the upgrade.
I bought the FitBit charger 2 after my flex stopped working. I'm not sure why all my data was erased but the FitBit Flex data showed up.
I lost my Italy badge when I was there in September and all my sleep data in 2019 is gone.
It seemed like it merged. I have 2015 data from my FitBit Flex.
Is there a way to get my Italy badge back and my 2019 sleep data?

Let me help you with your missing data. Accounts can't be merged nor overwritten. I have seen this happening when users have 2 email address so mistakenly they create a different account. You can check your different email address and see if you have used them on Fitbit accounts. If this is the case then you can check which has the most recent data and keep using that account.

Thank you Alvaro FitBit. That was the issue. I had more than one email address. I got all my badges and sleep data. 😊

I have a similar issue, but apparently did an upgrade to premium with a different email. I tried to change it, but got the message that the email address Is already in use. Also, the app is logging calories burned, but not steps as the previous version did.
Wondering what I might be able to do?
