Lost Fitbit, synced once, now says no device

I’m so bummed that I can not find my Fitbit anywhere! I remember having it Monday, but don’t remember when/where I took it off. I finally got smart and tried syncing it to see if it was close by, and it did sync successfully at 7pm. I tried to sync again today when I resume my search, but now it says “no device found”. It shouldn’t have synced if it wasn’t somewhere in the house, right? At the time I synced it said battery was “medium”.

Just buy a  new one, and your old one will show up within 24 hours.

Seriously, it probably would not have synced if it wasn't near your phone when it did. Keep looking.

Hi @Madgs5  Yes I agree with@Gershon If it synced then it is close by. The battery may have died between the sync and today. Once the battery is dead only physical searching will work.
