Hey all I'm very new to the Charge 3 - On Saturday I adjusted my brightness settings through my charge 3... they are now actually too dim and i need to make it brighter..... I seem to have 'lost' the settings app on my device....? hoping this is a really simple solve and i'm missing something really basic here

Can you go to the fitbit app on your phone, tap the account card in the top right corner of the screen - Charge 3 - Apps tile. Can you confirm that the settings app is showing in there? If not, go to all apps and install it.

Can anyone help me re why I cannot see anything on my Fitbit Charge 3 screen. I have tried everything suggested and I nothing works. I have had no rely from Fitbit yet. I can see a faint hint of words on face but cannot make anything out as too faint. Help please. I cannot find All Apps.
