Hi, @PaulaMichaels , it can be difficult for your Fitbit to auto detect exercises where there is no forward movement or wrist movement, such as spinning.
In this case the best option is to track your exercise manually using the Exercise app on your Luxe. Swipe left on your Fitbit until you come to the Exercise app and then swipe up to “Spinning”. If spinning is not already loaded onto your exercise shortcuts, you can add it in using your Fitbit app: on your app from the opening Today screen click on the person icon/photo top left and then click on the Luxe and find “Exercise shortcuts” You are allowed 6, so if it is already full before you can add one you must delete one that you don’t use. Tip: you can also drag and drop your shortcuts so the ones you use most often appear first on your Luxe.
Whenever you make any changes in the app be sure to sync your Fitbit so that the changes are reflected on your wrist!
When you are about to start your spin class, simply navigate to your Exercise app and tap to choose Spinning. Don’t forget to stop tracking (swipe up and tap) when you have finished.
You can also track your class as a workout and re categorize in your app afterwards.
