MacBook Pro does not "see"my Charge 2 with Big Sur IOS

since upgrading to Big Sur. Any fixes out there?

@CynHN   Several users have reported that Fitbit Connect isn't compatible with OS Big Sur.  Even more users have reported problems with OS Catalina.  

 

You can try deleting your Fitbit Connect, then downloading it again.  But I don't think you will have any success.  None of the other Big Sur or Catalina users have posted that a new download was a success story.  Fitbit moved away from Fitbit Connect as a way to set up trackers some time ago.  It seems they are not interested in updating Fitbit Connect for those users who still use it.

 

Do you have an iPhone or iPad that runs at least iOS 12.2?  Or an Android phone that runs at least Android 7.0?
