Macros and nutrients not matching up

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The last couple weeks my macros and nutrients have not matched. Macros will show much lower than the nutrients, but today when I logged my food for the week the nutrients were much lower than the macros. I don’t know what’s accurate and when you’re counting macros as a way for weight loss, that’s very frustrating to not have accurate data.

@KellyAcorn Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your macros and nutrients discrepancy. Not sure why this is happening but I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. If you are using the website then clear the cookies and cache on your web browser. Also try using a Firefox or Chrome web browsers.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi,

I just logged out of the Fitbit mobile app, restarted my phone, logged back
in, and it did work! It had gotten worse this morning, to where the macros
AND nutrients in the mobile app were wrong, but the web version was
accurate. This is just really important to me because it's THE way I track
my nutrition!

I really appreciate your help, and I'll be sure to get back in touch if
this persists.

Thanks,
Kelly

I have this same issue but logging out and clearing cookies does not help.  Any other suggestions about why this is happening or how to resolve.  Is the device dying......?????
