Making a claim and not being able to move forward from the shipping part due to uk addressed

I’m trying to make a claim for a new wristband because it has broken and should be in warranty... when entering my name and address because I am based in the uk, I do not have a zip code or state. Although I am pressing none for the state and making up a numerical zip code it will not allow me to finish my claim.

this is very frustrating
