Can anybody help me? My Fitbit stop functioning. It was a gift from my daughter. She bought it at Best Buy in Tampa FL. I was super happy with it, but three days ago stop working. Batteries were full when that happened. Three days passed already and it don't do anything. 😫😫😞

Is it still syncing to the app? If it is then the screen is broken, if not then have you tried restarting it by plugging it in and holding the button till a logo and firmware version appears?

I did re-started and didn't responds. My Fitbit didn't turn on. Still like dead
