When manually logging swimming into the Fitbit App, I enter the time (30 minutes) and the distance (somewhere around 800) and it calculates calories. For weeks it has been roughly 280 calories for 800 yards.
Today when I entered it, it said 143 calories for 30 mins, 800 yards, which was very strange.
I played around with the entry - and ...
When entering 836 yards (30 mins) it says 147 calories. When entering 837 yards (30 mins) it say 294 calories.
Depending on the time of the exercise the exactly number where that step in calories occurs varies.
This clearly isn't right. And it is ALL manual entry to it has nothing to do with the device auto recognizing the swimming, or miscounting the laps (both common problems I have seen discussed here.)
Can FITBIT take a look at this, and hopefully fix it?
