Max heart rate info no longer provided for logged activities

After the latest Fitbit update, logged activities no longer provide exact max heart rate for that activity. This info was provided prior to the latest release(s), and has now been removed. The only max heart rate info provided now is a range for the day, under the health tile. Can anyone provide any info here, or let me know what, if anything, I am missing??

My Charge 2 won't show my heart rate when I exercise. It is frozen on the resting heart rate. I just bought a new Android and put the fitbit app on it. I don't know if my problem is related to the issue above. I am set to auto recognize exercise but how do I turn the non-resting heart rate back on?
