"Your sync has been scheduled and will start soon." I get this message when I try to sync my Charge 2. It was working just fine and now this. I've restarted the bluetooth, restarted the phone - nothing works. Any suggestions?

I am getting the same error. When I called customer care they mentioned that my phone is not listed in their preferred list of phones. This is my third phone I changed and still getting the same answer from them that this is not listed in their list. Don't understand how many phones are listed. Highly disappointed with fit it.

I was given this explanation too. However mine seems to work fine now. Who knows?
