Hi

Starting today Messenger notifications won't come through my Charge 4. I have iPhone 11. I've tried everything from this list: https://www.myhealthyapple.com/fitbit-notifications-fix/#:~:text=Go%20to%20Settings%20%3E%20Notifica.... Restarting Fitbit, restarting iPhone, uninstalling the app, adding the Charge 4 again, i really don't know what else to do. All other notifications come throught but not Messenger. Im at my wits end, i dont know what to do. Any ideas?

@roosamanna ,Thanks for sharing your feedback about the  notifications and thread.

 

As only the messenger notifications are not coming through, please make sure that you Messenger App is up to date.

Also if you see on the Fitbit App that the notifications from Messenger are selected, then have a look at this:
