I bought this metal band with a fairly strong magnet clasp. My Fitbit was around 50% when I tried it on and died a few hours later. I charged it and it’s only been 5-6 hours and the battery is already at 40%. At this rate a full charge that would usually last me a week is only lasting me a day.
Is there some kind of interference happening with my battery and the magnet clasp or even the metal band? Has anyone else noticed this after getting a metal band?
This is the band I purchased for reference: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B093DDPYQP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?

@lusciouspeach , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information.
As always we do not recommend to use third party bands, as sometimes they are not designed correctly and may damage your Charge4.
Have you tried using the original bands again, and if so did you noticed a battery draining there too?
See you around.

Hello! I changed my band back to the original the same day I posted this. However, my Fitbit is still only lasting me a few hours even when it’s starts at 100%. I’ve been charging it everyday but it never lasts more than a few hours and it’s dead by morning.
It’s there any way I can fix this?
