Hi guys,

I used to be able to get my mile splits on my blaze.  Is there a way of getting this on the charge 2.  I found it very helpful when I was running

Sorry @ArifKhan I don't see the options under the Charge2 settings - exercise shortcuts - Run - tap for settings

Good question! I used to be able to get splits on my Charge 2 as recently as 4/18/17, and that functionality is GONE as of today! I am not pleased. I hope someone can provide insight!

I found it it is from connecting a partner app. In my case, I needed to delete then reconnect Runkeeper. Turns out I need to do it all over again, because splits disappeared again! Of course when I needed them for a PR race!!!!

@MarianneBB, you will be able to see the mile splits on the app or web after th event once the tracker has synced. There has never been a way to b see the splits during the run/walk. The best i can say is that both the current and average pace is availible.

Like Rich said, you need to have your phone with you when you run in order for the GPS to be connected. Then you can see the splits on the app

There was a setting on the Charge 2 and I was able to track split times on several runs, but it's I can't find it.

If you start a GPS-connected run from phone, you can set to get voice cues of time, avg pace, split pace, etc at mile or half mile intervals.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

When starting the run from the tracker, after the run, and after a sync the split times will show in the web snd the app. There has never been a setting to show them on the wrist.

Yes, as a few people on this forum have said, I also used to get a vibration notification at mile intervals on my Charge 2. I'm sure this feature used to be available. Has anyone been able to figure out when/why it disappeared, and if there's a way to get it back?

No the Charge 2 never had a mile split vibration, and that is why this Feature Request back in December 2016 was posted.

Unfortunately with only 3 votes it doesnt look like a much wanted feature..

Hi,
I can see the split time again, like I could at the beginning of using my fitbit Watch.

I think it is 2-3 updates since I could see it again. Now I’am happy

You click on the run, a new page came up, click on splits, here you can see the run split.

Thanks for all the answers

Have a nice day

I've always been able to see the splits after the fact, but the tracker itself used to vibrate at the set distances. It was a feature that was introduced with a firmware update after I bought it, and was apparently removed/hidden/changed with a subsequent update.

I am also one of those who loves to track mile splits. Had the feature on my Surge, but can't find it on the Charge 2. Very frustrated.

Seen people recommending running with a phone with GPS tracker on, but I find it too cumbersome.
