I just came in from an activity. In the app the activity post says 32 min of peak heart rate. in the todays heart beat it says 13 min of peak heart rate. How come?

Let me help you with your heart rate data on your account. This is odd. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.  After this sync your device periodically and see how the new activities show this data.
