You can easily see what's wrong. For a nearly 30 minute walk, as logged in the chart on the top right, I was "in the zone" for 17 minutes and "out of the zone" for 0 minutes according to the graph on the top left.
This doesn't add up.

Let me help you with your missing active zone minutes. This is odd and thank you for sharing the screenshot. I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and then log back in. Make sure that the Fitbit app is up to date. Also restart your tracker by following these instructions. After this see if the issue persists.
