Hello- with previous fitbits, I received both an email notification and a device alert when the battery on my fitbit was low. My Chart 3 is not providing these alerts, leading to the battery dying just before exercising. I have checked all the settings and have it set to alert me when battery is low but its clearly not happening. any advice? using latest iOS, latest Charge 3 firmware.

My Fitbit Charge 3 does not give me a low battery alert. I have set, saved, and reset my low battery alert in Settings under Notifications several times with no change. I have restarted my Charge 3 with no change. It still will not give me a low battery notification. My Fitbit Charge 2 never failed me, but this Charge 3's lack of performance with the low battery notification is very frustrating!
